Gault&Millau's review 2026

This year, we recognized the exceptional talent of Stéphanie Hug, a sommelier with a distinctive style who knows her winemakers well and advises them effectively, beautifully showcasing regional wines. But we must also commend the daily work of Chef Thibaut Lesage, who, through two thoughtfully crafted menus with humorously titled dishes, offers an equally enticing vision of his region: tomato and fig gazpacho, “tomato tuna” with tomato sauce and fig ketchup, low-temperature duck breast with tonnato and pistachio purée, white peach escalivade with rouille, apricot, and almond ganache… A pleasant atmosphere, frequented by regulars and connoisseurs alike.
