Gault&Millau's review2025
Just across the street from the 17th arrondissement, this local institution is one of the city's classic "rendez-vous incontournables", now run by Jérôme Gutbrod and his wife Malika Nas-Gutbrod. Formerly the home of Claude Verger, Bernard Loiseau and Guy Savoy, the restaurant continues its fine traditions, with pan-fried foie gras, saffron-infused lobster cassolette, fillet of beef with morel mushrooms and homemade purée, and fine apple tart.
