A well-kept, friendly bistro where tradition is arranged in a modern spirit, with a focus on combinations and textures. The menu is varied and not particularly Provençal, but pleasant and well renewed: fricassee of lamb sweetbreads with mushroom and potato espuma, yellow pollack with saffron aioli, pavlova with red fruits in a good €33 menu. Well-sorted regional cellar, with solid contemporary references (Villa Minna, La Canorgue, Fondrèche, Pesquié, la Verrerie...).
