Sponsored Iconic restaurateur and exacting chef Thanh-Tu Huynh carries on the culinary heritage of his parents, who opened this Vietnamese restaurant 36 years ago. Since then, the family recipes and flavors of yesteryear have been carefully preserved. Only the atmosphere of the dining room, with its chic, modern decor, has evolved to match the semi-gastronomic, high-end cuisine.
