The style is a bit trendy, but this spot is definitely one of the best places to spend an evening in Colmar, enjoying the terrace in the summer and a serious selection of wines year-round. A dining cellar and wine bar, Manon Levieux and Romain Leichtweis’s establishment offers tasteful sharing plates made with quality ingredients: air-dried beef from the Rottmatt farm, a plate of beets, figs, and tarragon; a fennel, cherry, and elderflower salad; trout rillettes with toasted bread; a beef pastrami sandwich with red cabbage; and panna cotta with peach coulis infused with verbena. The wine list features natural wines (Gardiès Estate, Leipp-Leininger Estate, Pattes Loup Estate…).
