Chef's Restaurant The fine table of the Perrin family, lords of Beaucastel, proudly overlooks the plain from the village heights. Chic evenings are held here, where chef Laurent Deconinck meticulously prepares fine cuisine based on regional produce and truffles in season: cockles and razor clams rooted in local lemon peel, truffle ravioli, Provence lamb with pine nuts and crepinettes, pink grapefruit meringue. Menus from €70 to €90 for lunch, from €90 to €130 for dinner. And a fine wine selection, including Domaine Perrin wines.
