On the port of Carry, the terrace of L'Oursin offers one of the most beautiful views, and logically accompanies Ilane Tinchant's cuisine, naturally oriented towards the sea. Having worked with Sylvestre Wahid and Guy Savoy, the young chef has a solid background and delivers gastronomic cuisine that's right up to scratch. We discover a fine starter of swordfish, kimchi and root broth, Mediterranean prawns with Martigues bottarga and sea fennel, textured cuttlefish, confit with ink and garlic cloud, lemon crumble with Kalamata black olives and sparkling olive oil, an interesting dessert of Tahaa vanilla, caramel, vanilla vinaigrette and arlette cookies. Menus at €145 and €185.
