Chef's Restaurant The aficionados are numerous and take great pleasure in rediscovering the particular universe of the talented Jacky Ribault, in a place that is both intriguing and welcoming. Some chefs take a month to create a dish, fine-tuning it as they go along, but here, there's no à la carte menu and menus are "improvised daily" according to the market, focusing on a certain spontaneity combined with the chef's savoir-faire. Prices start at €70 for lunch (three courses) and €150 for dinner (six courses). Large connoisseur's cellar.
