A haven for bon vivants and offal lovers, who come to this corner of the 15th arrondissement to find the kidneys and sweetbreads they love, always well prepared. However, we mustn't forget the musts of this address, the marrow bone and the rum baba with raisins and whipped cream, as well as other well-realized standards such as the roasted quail thighs with pan-fried egg and green Puy lentil salad, even if they age slowly with the house. Classic cellar, fairly well-stocked and friendly service.
