This well-placed restaurant (formerly Croc au Loup) continues its tradition of fresh seasonal produce, with a certain controlled simplicity: vol-au-vent sweetbreads emulsified with stock, Pyrenean trout gravlax with citrus cream, fresh fish, candied apple, almond cookie and vanilla. An honest lunch menu at €24 for the full sequence.
