Gourmet Restaurant Located in the Hardelot national forest, this establishment has earned a fine reputation for its clean, minimalist charm, the omnipresence of light wood and subdued lighting, and above all for the chef's graphic, well-sourced dishes. He works with market produce with great elegance, favoring the natural taste of things and the demands of the season. The menu changes every week: mackerel smoked with hay and milk foam, fillet of sea bass, delicate citrus tart. Friendly service.
