An impeccable service, an invigorating, professional approach and a €32 "Découverte" menu offering a choice of consistent quality dishes: pollack ballottine with seaweed, chicken supreme stuffed with mushrooms and tuberous chervil in a yellow wine sauce, chestnut mousse with cocoa meringue, ice cream and whisky caramel. And two hidden menus, in 4 and 6 courses.
