The bistro is now run by Morgane Alzerat, Serge's daughter, who serves Lyon-style cuisine as engaging as ever, maintaining the good reputation earned by her father. Le bouchon provides the ambiance and tradition for an authentic moment. On the menu, eggs meurette, veal andouillette, pike quenelle with lobster sauce, tablier de sapeur, saucisson lyonnais pistaché, pavé au poivre, oeufs à la neige, crème anglaise and salted butter caramel, pink pralines.
