A must-visit spot at the foot of the Montparnasse Tower, where fans of Lyon cuisine naturally make it their regular haunt. The interior immediately sets the tone, with its vintage decor and Vichy check tablecloths. The menu features all the great classics of the bouchon: eggs meurette, marinated herring with steamed potatoes, Lyonnais sausage, tablier de sapeur, oven-roasted veal kidneys with shallot butter, and crème brûlée.
