A terrace in town appreciated for its conviviality and its decent menu, guaranteeing recipes in tune with the times without fault of execution. It's the perfect place for a meal with friends on a fine summer's day: truffle arancini, fondant heart, parmesan veil; guinea fowl ravioli from the Gers region, undergrowth mushrooms and sage supreme sauce; filet of Rossini beef with morel mushrooms, potato millefeuille with truffle and pan-fried foie gras; rum baba, fresh fruit, Madagascar vanilla mousse and rum-raisin ice cream.
