On the road to Les Vans, this pretty stone house emits a traditional Ardèche atmosphere, with its flagstone floor, bistro-style tables and large stone fireplace. The sheltered terrace is a delight in summer, and the short, concise menu offers a wealth of market ideas. Try the duo of goat's cheese, profiterole and crème brûlée with salad and local ham, the fillet of sea bream, virgin oil and fresh tomato with basil, or the pan-fried veal with morel cream.
