The stunning Art Nouveau façade is a major factor in this establishment’s excellent reputation; its old-world charm is sure to leave a lasting impression. With its large display windows framed by turquoise woodwork, its floral sculptures, and its apothecary cabinets converted into wine cellars, the place is a real eye-catcher. You’ll finally get to discover the dishes—well-deserving and inspired by current trends: seared octopus, sugar snap peas, and crisp radishes; a catch of the day; a mosaic of leeks and a fennel duo; lamb with seasonal vegetables; and a Normandy-style rhubarb tart with strawberries and vanilla cream.
