At the entrance to downtown, this house with its characteristic red brick exterior immediately sets the tone, inviting you to rediscover the great traditions of the North. Chef Loïc Ternoy puts a welcome modern twist on these classics, such as pumpkin and autumn vegetables sautéed on bruschetta, rump steak with pepper mignonette, Boulogne-style scallops, and a speculoos fondant served tiramisu-style.
