The proud brick house is indeed mouth-watering: the formulas are square, the titles simple, and the use of the region is integrated by small touches into a traditional menu that is open to fashion: mushroom ravioli with cep cream, smoked salmon quenelle with cauliflower cream, Licques poultry ballottine, tiramisu-style speculoos fondant... The €35 menu provides the essentials, the service is attentive and the cellar simple and classic, with a small selection by the glass.
