It's a beautiful 1930s mansion behind the train station, where chef Olivier Christoffel serves elegant bourgeois cuisine. The approach is classic and reassuring, the place is well-kept, and you'll rediscover perfectly mastered recipes: fresh lobster, avocado and wasabi mousse; red mullet fillets in a Nyons olive crust, light couscous jus; blond d'Aquitaine beef sirloin, tarragon, cashew nuts and syrah jus; almond, raspberry and diplomat cream croustillant.
