Originally from the Basque country, Vincent Stafrach didn't go far, finding his happiness in this charming Landes house south of Dax. With Bernie, the hostess, they defend a regional and contemporary experience with great taste, proposing graphic and appealing plates, from ricotta ravioli, green asparagus in a minute salad, parsley emulsion, fillet of sea bass, lardons, Landes asparagus and peas, mustard sabayon with saffron honey, Pyrenean lamb cannelloni with eggplant, tomato confit and pesto, gariguette strawberries, soft pistachio sablé and lemon cream, strawberry sorbet. Bernie's well-built cellar.
