Selected Sébastien Boutet's convivial wine bar is a meeting place for locals and vacationers alike, who share a love of good keeling and sensible accompaniments. Decorated like an old fashioned bistro, the vintages allusions are multiplied, right down to the Vichy stools and tablecloths, which immediately set the comforting mood of familiar images. On the plate, the suggestions are all in the right direction: a fine foie gras, a well-cooked fish, scallops, a fine entrecôte, a regressive tarte tatin. Cave de bonne escorte.
