Restful, this Inconnu with its intimate setting and soothing classical music is like being in your own living room. Koji Higaki, a skilful Japanese chef, offers Italian-Japanese cuisine in three lunch and dinner formulas. At lunch, the five-course €79 menu offers a wide range of interpretations: potato crown covered with scallop carpaccio, parmesan-lemon sauce, then pan-fried pollack with puttanesca crust, white asparagus, cockle sauce, then roast pork chop, morel mushrooms, peas, raspberry vinaigrette sauce, followed by pasta Bolognese with venison stew, and finally a strawberry tiramisu revisited for a lighter touch. This cuisine is accompanied by an exclusively Italian and Burgundian wine cellar. A Zen-like meal.
