Gourmet Restaurant A beautiful stone mansion on Avenue Victor Hugo, where you can rediscover the muffled atmosphere of its wood-panelled lounges, grand chandeliers and fireplace, with comfortable bedrooms upstairs. It's a bourgeois address, designed for chic meals, for two, for family or for business; the chef defends a bistronomy calibrated for his clientele: an egg cooked at 64°C, onion cream and bacon emulsion, a section of turbot, grilled leek breast, razor clams in marinière, duck leg confit parmentier, slices of truffle and pan-fried foie gras escalope, a dessert of white chocolate emulsified with bergamot and madeleine cookie. Menu €48.
