Offering gourmet fusion cuisine in a chic and elegant setting with tablecloths, Noëlline and Rémi Laroque will delight all your senses with the unique flavors of the chef’s creations. Influenced by his Vietnamese heritage and his experience working with leading figures in French culinary arts, Rémi updates his menu of delicacies every month. A three-course tasting menu is available for lunch on weekdays and in the evening, with a choice of three, six, or eight courses to suit your preferences. For example, “umami” duck or Thai-style fish—the spices, herbs, and citrus fruits are, just as in Asia, divinely balanced to delight your taste buds. Plates arranged like works of art, with finesse and delicacy, attentive service, and delightful wine pairings suggested by Noëlline will make your visit to L’Impulsif a memorable experience. Starting in February 2027, L’Impulsif is moving to a new location! 17 rue du Docteur Gubler, 63140 Châtel-Guyon. The restaurant will be located in a historic spa villa, decorated in Asian-inspired colors—a subtle nod to the chef’s heritage.
