Gourmet Restaurant On the historic heights of the city, a well-placed restaurant with a definite personality, thanks to its chef and cuisine. The menu offers a wide choice of well-purchased and well-handled products, in a modern and elegant style: puffed shrimp with coconut mayo and avocado, salmon gravlax with mild curry and mint yogurt condiment, squid breast with barbecued corn and candied bell pepper, the chef allowing himself a few flights of fancy with noble products, such as veal sweetbreads with morel mushrooms. Attractive contemporary setting, desserts from the repertoire (rice pudding, crêpes Suzette...), good lunch menu at €26.
