Gault&Millau's review2026
The pleasure of strolling through the medieval streets of this wine-growing hub continues with delight at Soufiane and Camille’s. The young couple has been working tirelessly for nearly ten years, completely independently, without the backing of a major group or a prestigious château—which, of course, makes their achievement all the more impressive. Energy, determination, and warmth fill this tastefully decorated dining room, complemented by the chef’s dishes. Multi-course menus and a concise menu that lets you follow your tastes and instincts, at prices that remain reasonable for a three-toque restaurant: Blaye asparagus with hints of sage, tangy sabayon, herb tabbouleh, cod fillet poached in shellfish broth, pea and fava bean ragout, cockles, fish bone butter, baba, fir needle cream, vegetable granita… A well-rounded wine list, with a focus on organic and biodynamic wines.
