In addition to the rooms, you'll be able to enjoy the chef's compositions, in which products are treated with the utmost care. The Castelnovien menu allows the greatest freedom, with a choice between a Franc-Comtois salad and a country terrine, or between cod with snail butter and leg of lamb steak with herbs... A classic offering on the sweet side. Very competitive prices.
