Chef's Restaurant So classic as to be modern, this beautiful riverside hostellerie is nothing short of tempting, with its valiant tradition maintained by Didier Denis, prince of pôchouse for 28 years! He adds to the famous specialty a number of unmissable regional dishes, including snails, fried ablettes and two-course Bresse poultry (supreme with morel mushrooms, leg with vegetables, chicken jus with thyme), for a real feast in a menu-card at €62, which you can finish off with apricot French toast. Good Marché menu, €33 lunch, €43 dinner.
