Chef's Restaurant A faithful auberge that maintains its scepter in the realm of pôchouse, the freshwater fish bouillabaisse mastered so well by Didier Denis, a loyal chef of great skill who also knows how to step out of his comfort zone to offer, especially to locals, a seasonal palette that's always appropriate: lobster in artichoke shell, salmon confit and green asparagus, ocean couscous, raspberry macaroon with pontarlier mousseline cream for a complete menu at €75 (all dishes available à la carte), not forgetting regional cheeses. Pleasant bourgeois ambience, full wine cellar on the region and fine labels from other vineyards.
