Sponsored Two years ago, 27-year-old Julien Ferret took over the restaurant where he had been working. Since then, he has put in place a new team and serves a "pumped" and modernized cuisine with a small menu: 5 starters, 5 main courses, 5 desserts, some original and others more classic. "We have a pastry chef on the team who offers modern, gourmet desserts by the plate", explains the young owner. L'Évêché - housed in the former bishop's house behind the cathedral - works exclusively with fresh produce, mostly local and in season. For fish, for example, the supplier is a fishmonger from Saint-Malo. Here, lunchtime menus cost €22 (starter, main course, dessert) or €18 (starter/main course or main course/dessert). With the first rays of sunshine, you can take advantage of the lovely private courtyard planted with trees, and in windy weather, the heated pergola.
