Gault&Millau's review2026
Close to the station and the Saint-Augustin church, a bistro with an old-fashioned cachet where you can discover the dishes prepared by the chef, seated elbow to elbow: saku red tuna tartare with yuzu lemon, ginger and lemongrass, gourmet dishes such as oven-roasted leg of suckling lamb, thyme, rosemary and fine ratatouille, or filet of Salers beef matured before the authentic Paris-Brest, or tart with crunchy praline and guanaja chocolate. To accompany this cuisine, a wide choice of wines by the glass and a rather expensive à la carte menu. Friendly service, hefty bill.
