Gourmet Restaurant Nicolas and Lucie Pagnon's restaurant is a sure bet at the entrance to the town center. The couple have built a bistronomic address here that knows how to renew itself according to the seasons, revisiting local classics in the right mode. The €42 menu offers good alternatives: marrow bone or ceviche of sea bream and shellfish, low-temperature cod, green asparagus a la plancha and mousseline sauce, or braised beef chuck in a coriander broth, melting carrots and potatoes, guinea fowl supreme contised with pistachio and country ham, French peas, and finally a chocolate moelleux with pink praline ice cream. A fine Burgundy cellar (Pataille, domaine des Deux roches, domaine de la Sarazinière etc.).
