A good bistro of its time, dynamically managed by Lucie and Nicolas Pagnon. The setting is sober and neat, the attention to detail numerous, and Nicolas's cuisine is beautifully presented, at fair prices: white asparagus, soft-boiled egg, espuma with parmesan, sweetbread vol-au-vent with morel mushrooms, entrecôte béarnaise, chocolate moelleux, strawberry tartar and verbena. The complete formula costs €45, with a small supplement on certain dishes.
