Chef's Restaurant The site of this family-run hotel-restaurant is magnificent, in the heart of nature, overlooking a delightful pond. But it's above all for the cuisine, both contemporary and deeply rooted in the rich Haut-Doubs terroir, that we recommend a detour, a cuisine signed by Jacques Barnachon, more inspired than ever, reinventing himself with each new season, magnifying cloves in a variety of forms and cookings, sublimating red mullet simply seared in olive oil and accompanied by Baeri caviar, or mischievously combining sweetbreads, fir tree honey and cannelloni chops of Swiss chard. Very pleasant room in its rustic-chic decor, excellent wine list, smiling and committed service.
