Here, Yoan Grassi takes advantage of the lovely setting of a stone farmhouse to develop a coherent Provençal cuisine. The experience is harmonious, the service smiling, and the dishes are proof of the chef's savoir-faire: a pressé of king prawns, Aosta ham, mango, leeks and vanilla oil, a back of cod baked in an herb crust, fennel confit, lemon-scented jus, a filet of duck roasted on the skin, celery and baby vegetables, winter truffle jus, a chocolate moelleux with pistachio heart and vanilla ice cream.
