Gault&Millau's review 2025

In this pretty stone house, 5 minutes from the village, the cuisine is well adapted to the tourist clientele, often city dwellers, who are aware of trends and don't mind a touch of Provence. The menu offers a wide choice, from the inevitable tuna tataki, roasted butternut with cauliflower cream and low-temperature mackerel, to millefeuille of Provençal vegetables, quasi de veau with tomato sauce and gratin dauphinois, filet de loup risotto vénéré... The €49 "Estellan" menu is a recommendable approach to a well-formatted service.
