Chef's Restaurant The spirit is modern, the cuisine top-notch, and you won't fall asleep in this lively dining room, where chef Alexandre Arnaud knows how to renew his offering with personality, in a slightly fashionable but well executed vein: Paimpol coconut houmous with langoustine and dry sausage, scallops and red onion pissaladière with tapenade and black pudding, club cochon noir de Bigorre with sweet and sour perry sauce... The same good inspiration applies to desserts, with the orange creamy crêpe roll with cointreau orange blueberry sorbet gel, a well-suited cellar with a sufficient selection by the glass.
