Chef's Restaurant We appreciate the charm of this small house set in a quiet street parallel to the seafront promenade. You'll discover its long green wall, white tablecloths and bourgeois ambiance. The Pradines stay the course. Maria is the perfect hostess, dispensing empathy to a clientele of regulars. Gilles offers a fine cuisine based on quality products: smoked herring with homemade pepper, shavings of mangalitza pork ham, half-pigeon with pea mousseline, port jus and vegetable raviole, with some more modern touches this year, such as minute tuna deglazed with soy, zucchini with white balsamic, or farm-raised veal from Aveyron, snails and melting potatoes accompanied by a 2018 Bandol du Gros Noré. Otherwise, nothing changes, and that's just as well.
