Gourmet Restaurant You can't pass through Valenciennes without stopping at L'Escargot. It's the essential experience to grasp an important fragment of the city, by attacking it with good food. Here, the city meets and mingles in this chic brasserie atmosphere, including seafood and salads, but with a traditional sense of festivity through a wide menu of specialties: 5A andouillette, veal tongue, kidneys, vol-au-vent, shrimp croquettes, choucroute de la mer.
