Peace and tranquility in the former station cafeteria, transformed into an elegant restaurant that feels almost like a country retreat, complete with its own garden. Régis Douysset celebrates seasonal ingredients, favoring game in the fall and fine produce year-round, prepared with finesse: foie gras terrine, monkfish with Roscoff onions, broccoli, and smoked cream; hare à la royale with spätzle… A good à la carte menu at €95, featuring a Grand Marnier soufflé as a specialty, and an eclectic wine cellar.
