Gault&Millau's review2026
Chef Régis Douysset has turned this former Meudon station buffet into a gourmet stopover in the countryside, yet close to Paris. The place is calm and attractive, with its terrace and cosy rooms decorated with mosaic floors and pastel tones. While staying on the quayside, the chef offers three menus, including a six-course meal at €110, which showcases his wide culinary palette, starting with lobster, celery, herbes folles, followed by a silky artichoke-truffle velouté, then monkfish, fava beans, wild garlic and his signature dish of turbot, caramelized endive, lemongrass emulsion. We finish with two desserts, the first a gourmet Grand Marnier-blood orange soufflé and the second a chocolate sweet. Well-constructed wine list, attentive and friendly staff.
