Original Restaurant This second establishment is simpler, more accessible, but in the same current tradi vein as its big brother the Danton. At the helm is Marc Balorin, who offers bistro-style cuisine in a modern, friendly setting. Long cooking times, simmering, juices and freshness: these are the objectives that are often achieved, despite a few adjustments to be made to the dishes. Special mentions for the seasoning of the terrine and the langoustine jus.
