In the heart of the village of Roussillon, L'Escalier is a lovely family-run restaurant open from March to October: since 2023, Marine, Jonathan and Jacques have effectively taken over this family business. They offer a warm and professional welcome. At their place, you can enjoy traditional Provencal family cuisine, prepared with local produce. For starters, the Tiramisu with tomato and mascarpone will surprise you! You can also opt for the excellent Poichichade or the Aïoli, the Maison's flagship dish. Daube provençale, filet of red mullet with tapenade, Picodon salad and a famous Provencal burger also delight the taste buds. For dessert, treat yourself to Apt candied fruit cake, lavender panna cotta or goat's crottin marinated in olive oil. All accompanied by local wines.
