Gourmet Restaurant Éric Houard's restaurant is one of the city's classics, a Mediterranean address that doubles as a gallery, serving as both dining room and exhibition space. The chef reinvents the coast and the sea according to the season, with well-executed ideas such as a cassolette of Royans ravioli with truffles, haddock tartare, scallops and leek fondue, lamb shoulder confit and potato purée, thyme-scented jus, filet of Rossini beef, bourdaloue pear tart and almond ice cream.
