In Cannes' hypercentre, Eric Houard has a knack for blending tradition with originality. The menu delights with a varied à la carte choice: pumpkin velouté and foie gras escalope; duck breast, green cabbage in duck fat; pan-fried scallops, carbonara-style endives; Suzette-style crepes; 3-chocolate entremets, brownie cookies, vanilla ice cream... The €52 Menu offers a wide choice from the main menu, the lunch formulas with bistro-style dishes are very attractive, and the option of sharing boards is also worth considering.
