Just off a lively cobbled pedestrian street in old Périgueux, you'll find this beautiful old stone house with its imposing wooden door. Chef Gilles Labbé's creations are based on carefully prepared local produce. You'll taste foie gras mi-cuit fruits de saison, coquilles saint-jacques smoked haddock, carpaccio de tête de veau sauce gribiche, agneau de sept heures, dattes, figues et noix, cœur de ris de veau aux morilles or a selection of matured meats, not forgetting a sweet ending with a coulant chocolat orange confite au Grand Marnier or a sablé citron, châtaigne, gingembre. The wine list offers a variety of 211 crus.
