Gault&Millau's review 2026

On the Place Jaurès in the south-east of the city center, this chic brasserie is one of Albi's most popular spots, a contemporary, lively venue with a fine reputation. The table doesn't limit itself in its ambitions, offering a frankly creative and rather well-executed plate. These include Condax trout sashimi ikejimé style, horseradish and sour cream, baked leeks, trout roe, grilled sea bream, warm salad of white and green asparagus, artichokes, cébettes and fresh herbs, a quasi de veau, fricassee of sweetbreads, morels and white asparagus, jus corsé, melting potatoes and chives, Sicilian pistachio tart, pistachio and rhubarb praline. Very pleasant service.
