The sign was carefully chosen. So it's a pleasure to see Maxime Crouzil back at home at last. With Solène Mahoudo, he also brings to the city the table it has been missing. The dining room is bright and comfortable. The small lounge and semi-open kitchen add just the right amount of warmth. The weekday lunchtime menu is the perfect way to discover this technically gifted duo. The evening suggestions are even more impressive. The menu is classic, reassuring and gourmet. For example, a scallop cromesquisite with black curry and artichoke barigoule coulis complements the pâté en croûte. As for the squab, it's a winning combination with cabbage and foie gras. A port jus underlines the ensemble. Pan-fried mandarin orange, chocolate and vanilla provide a smiling finish. Very friendly service and a cellar... in the making.
