In May 2021, Quentin Gillet will open a restaurant in Roupeldange for discerning carnivores who love beef from Moselle, Argentina, Ireland or Japan. The decor has been completely redone, with velvet seats and a cosy atmosphere. After completing a Bac in hotel and restaurant management at the Lycée Raymond Mondon in Metz, Quentin Gillet wasted no time in getting down to work in the kitchen, grilling local produce and ensuring that everything is homemade. Today's menu features organic Simmental sirloin steak (an Austrian breed) with shallot sauce, accompanied by organic vegetables from Jardins de Popote. The wine will be a Moselle Pinot Noir from Domaine Mur du Cloître, and the homemade dessert will be a local apricot-honey mascarpone sablé. Quentin even comes to your home with his own equipment, to ensure happy and festive barbecues.
