Gault&Millau's review 2026

In summer 2025, this new nugget of Toulouse opened between Capitole and Saint-Sernin, taking the place of Les P'tits Fayots. Its friendly chef-owner Bertrand Millar, who joins from En Marge, has retained the warm, intimate setting (around 20 covers), and works solo in his open kitchen. He offers his happy guests a range of menus (from €62 to €86) with refined dishes: sharp tastes, just-right cooking, divine sauces and particularly studied dressings. Special mention on the evening of our visit for the pigeon, bell pepper, watermelon and zucchini, as well as for the sea bass, lemon-passion and artichoke, which came close to winning three toques. Short, precise and affordable wine list. Service in unison, efficient and attentive.
