One of the chicest restaurants on the island: behind the banal sign, a direct link to the ocean and a fine kitchen that ensures taste and freshness. The €80 menu opens the doors to a brilliant initiation, in an atmosphere of connoisseurs and good taste: girasoli squash almond sage, lean beet fig leaf, trout in ikejime cabbage watercress sorrel, scallops salsify and a pleasant dessert apple malt geranium. Menu items are available à la carte, and the wines are well chosen at tiered prices.
