On the Carabacel side, a regular table that doesn't disappoint each time we visit. For the past three years, chef Yoshi has been running the kitchen with dexterity and precision, turning a low-price menu (€28 for a full lunch menu) around expressive, well-crafted dishes: beef tartare with wasabi aioli and soy, roast cod with basil, roast duck breast with celery purée and panisses in balsamic sauce, green tea cheesecake with chestnut ice cream... A small selection by the glass in a well-stocked cellar, and sake tasting.
