Gault&Millau's review 2022

For four generations now (Baptiste succeeded Francis, his father, in June 2021), the Lartigau family has run this 3-star hotel-restaurant with the success we all know. The last few months have seen a number of changes, including a more creative cuisine, and the renovation of rooms and exteriors. L'Ayguelade is more lively than ever.
