Gourmet Restaurant Facing south, at the entrance to the harbor of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, Laure and Jérôme's beautiful house has been welcoming boats since the 18th century, and today offers the ideal setting for discovering the delights of the sea. The couple's aim is to offer a modern version of these timeless pleasures, with plates full of freshness, where the product plays the leading role. We start with hake, Grenoble-style, before discovering the return of the tide in a basil and anchovy butter, with eggplant caviar, grenailles and zucchini stuffed with tomato chutney and black olive coulis, or for the more earthy, a chicken supreme stuffed with snails, anna apples, mushrooms, creamy carrot and lovage emulsion. Menu €49.
