In tapas format, a whole range of instant gastronomy on a broad menu, a pretext for enjoyment without fuss: croquettes, pâté en croûte, tarama, ravioles au jus de boudin noir, chipirons piment d'Espelette, fried chicken with teriyaki sauce, and dishes of the moment, such as semi-cooked tuna with carrot and asparagus purée, or filet mignon with oyster mushrooms and sweet potato purée. All the good humor and flavor of a market table. Paris-Brest, rice pudding, baba... for dessert. And skittles everywhere, in large numbers.
