Mâcon rive gauche, a beautiful view of the Saône from the terrace, a professional table down to the smallest detail to offer one, if not the best table in Saint-Laurent, at Christelle and Vincent's. The chef offers a large, attractive menu with a tempting choice, and his dishes have the taste of honesty and savoir-faire, neither too simple nor too complex: guinea fowl terrine with rosemary and apricot compote, tuna tartar and asparagus velouté, filet of sea bass minute and fennel with lime and aniseed-infused beurre blanc, Bresse chicken cream with morel mushrooms and purée... Strawberries and rhubarb for dessert, or the classic and delicious Grand Marnier soufflé; good full menu at €51, interesting Mâcon cellar with selected owners.
